Meet Our Director
Frank became Managing Director at Digital Services Consulting LLC in Jan 2024.He has lived through the evolution of IT technologies solving client problems with hardware, software and services. He continues building expertise in Cloud, DR. Collaboration, AI, MLA and Analytics, focusing on use cases to meet client challenges. Previously was Director of Managed Services for Kyndryl, formerly IBM Global Technology Services. There he served as Managing Partner Executive to Verizon where he was responsible for the sales and integration of Kyndryl Managed Services to Verizon in the U.S. He has a rare mix of technical and client executive skills developed through rigorous product and services certifications / training during his 37 years at IBM. He was rated a top performer leading numerous IBM offering rollouts into the market. Prior to that Frank was a Sr Client Executive to fortune 500 Verizon customers in the Northeast selling the Verizon telecommunication portfolio and creating business partner relationships. Frank began his career as a highly skilled advisory systems engineer working with large enterprise customers in CT. He was a highly recognized Technology Sales Leader at IBM Corporation for 37 years, and held numerous Strategic Technology Sales leadership roles working with clients across hardware, software, and services technologies. This client experience and knowledge base, allowed him to listen to customer needs and identify solutions that bring value to their business. He completed extensive product and services training, obtaining numerous technical certifications and was selected by IBM Sr. Mgt to drive sales with the largest IBM clients and partners in the world. He was recognized by receiving 25 divisional products and services sales excellence awards and is well respected today by his colleagues and IT community contacts. In addition, he holds a U.S. issued patent for a network implementation of speech recognition. His extensive experience, skills, knowledge, and grapevine of contacts, allow him the ability to accelerate new business opportunity and build lasting partnerships. He also led numerous Microsoft & Cisco Services Projects while working for ATSG in the New York after leaving IBM in 2017. He earned his MBA degree from Pace University and B.S. degree in Economics, Business Admin from Fordham University. He enjoys time with family and friends, loves music, sports, home projects and multimedia hobbies.
