Meet Our Director
Frank became CEO of Digital Services Consulting LLC in Jan 2024. Frank began his career as a highly skilled advisory systems engineer working with large enterprise customers in CT. He was a highly recognized Technology Sales Leader at IBM Corporation for 37 years, and held numerous Strategic Technology Sales leadership roles working with clients across hardware, software, and services technologies. With a rare mix of technical, sales and managerial skills, he was rated a top performer leading numerous IBM new products and services into the market. This client experience and knowledge base, allowed him to listen to customer needs and identify solutions that bring value to their business. He drove successful sales wins and business development with the largest customers in the world, for IBM teams worldwide. He continues building expertise in Cloud, DR. Collaboration, AI, MLA and Analytics, focusing on use cases to meet client challenges. In 2021 he was Director of Managed Cloud Services for Kyndryl, formerly IBM Global Technology Services. There he was Managing Director for Verizon Business Telecom, sales and integration of Kyndryl Managed Services with Verizon's portfoilo of products and services. Prior to that Frank recruited by Verizon Business (fortune 1000 accounts) as a Sr Client Manager selling the Verizon telecommunication portfolio and creating business partner relationships. Many executives across the IT indusry hold him in the highest regard and respect his customer experience. He also holds a U.S. issued patent for a network implementation of speech recognition and video streaming technologies. His extensive experience, skills, knowledge, and grapevine of contacts, allow him the ability to accelerate new business opportunity and build lasting partnerships. He also led numerous Microsoft & Cisco Services Projects while working for Managed Services Provider, ATSG in New York. He earned his MBA degree from Pace University and B.S. degree in Economics, Business Admin from Fordham University. He enjoys time with family and friends, loves music, sports, home projects and multimedia hobbies.
